Academics

The Online PGDM program spans 2 years and is designed to build strong foundations in all the core business management principles as well as deep dive into your chosen area of specialization. The 2 years consist of:

16 Core courses
8 well-crafted sequence of courses in your chosen specialization
2 Capstone projects (1 in each year). These are integrative and practical projects.

The overall course is delivered through a well-thought-out combination of:

Lecture videos and Learning materials: Short pre recorded videos lectures to teach basic concepts of a topic
Live Virtual Classes: Weekly live video lectures to complement pre-recorded lectures. These lectures bring an interactive learning experience to the program
Discussion Forum: Participate in curated discussions as part of the course and enrich yourself with enhanced peer learning
Case-based learning: Case studies and Simulations from Harvard Business School and other top institutions to enhance critical thinking and reflective judgment

Assessments

Continuous assessment helps you understand where you stand, keeps you on your toes, and reflect on adjustments needed to enhance your learning. The program consists of shorter assessments throughout a course which are followed by more substantial assessments like projects, case studies, and online exams at the end of the course
