PGDM 2023 PLACEMENT REPORT

The campus placement process for the PGDM Class of 2023, witnessed an excellent season with 100% students placed. The season witnessed participation from marquee recruiters including Deloitte, Bank of America, Cognizant, Darwinbox, Droom, Genpact, Infosys, HDFC, Hyundai, Invesco, Hexaware, KPMG, Moody’s, Sify, TATA Technologies, etc., to name a few. The highlight of the season was participation from over 20 new recruiters including Crisil, DDB Mudra Group, Darashaw, Havells, Hector Beverages (PaperBoat), HCL, Tata Capital, and Vedanta Resources.

The average CTC offered to the Class of 2023 increased by 10% to INR 11.6 Lakhs p.a. while the highest domestic CTC increased by 20% to INR 20.5 Lakhs p.a offered by a major mining company.

Consulting (31%) and IT/ITES (31%) were the largest recruiting sectors followed by BFSI (20%). Remaining offers were made across various sectors including Mining, Analytics, Automobile, Manufacturing, Marketing & Advertising, and Market Research. Finance  was the dominant function of recruitment in which 25% of the students received offers across various domains including Risk & Financial Advisory, Research & Investment Services, Mortgage Banking, Consulting, Credit Appraisal, Process Management and Investment Compliance. This was followed by roles in Sales & Marketing (19%), Analytics (18%), Business Consulting (14%). Remaining offers were made in various diverse areas including Strategy Consulting, Digital Consulting, Digital Operations, General Management, and Product Management.
