PGDM Placement Report 2020

The campus placement process for the PGDM Class of 2020, witnessed participation from prominent recruiters from diverse sectors such as Wipro, Aditya Birla, Deloitte, ANZ, Euromonitor International, Nielsen, KPMG, ICICI, Salesforce, Publicis Sapient, Schneider Electric, IDFC, Volvo Eicher and Hexaware to name a few. The Avg. CTC offered to the Class of 2020 was 9.15 lakhs p.a. while the highest domestic CTC was 13.6 Lakhs p.a offered by a multinational consulting firm.

Students were offered varied roles across Consulting, Financial Services, IT/ITES, Internet Business, Manufacturing, Education, Auto and Analytics sectors. BFSI (31%) was the largest recruiting sector followed by IT/ITES (27%), Consulting (12%), Internet Business (12%) and Research (9%).

The various profiles offered to the batch were as Management Associate, Business Auditor, Analytics Manager, Business Development Manager, Tech Consultant, Data Analyst, Operations Manager, Business Excellence Advisory, Sales Leadership, Research Associate and Management Trainee. Sales & Marketing was the dominant function of recruitment with 43% followed by Finance (27%), Consulting (13%) and General Management (9%).
