Prof. S. K. Palhan, Professor - Operations Management, Great Lakes Institute of Management conducted a one day retreat program for the Senior officers of the Ministry of Finance, Government of India prior to the budget announcement. Mr. Ratan P. Watal - Finance Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Government of India and Mr. Harsh Kumar - Director, NIFM also took part in the program.
