GLIMS Journal of Management Review & Transformation

The GLIMS Journal of Management Review & Transformation is Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon's, management research journal aimed at addressing issues that the industry is currently facing. The journal articles would be of value to academics as well as policy makers, think tanks, government, corporate and multilateral institutions, professionals, and industry leaders.

Scope

The journal aims to publish scientific, empirical research on theory, practice, and contemporary perspectives of management focusing on the problems, interests, and concerns of managers. It aims to explore interesting questions and phenomena in management, develop and/or test theory, replicate prior studies, and review and synthesize existing research.

Within its scope are all aspects of management related, but not limited, to strategy, entrepreneurship, innovation, information technology, digital business, analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and policy and organizations, as well as all functional areas of business, such as organizational behavior, human resource management, accounting, finance, marketing, operations, data and analytics, and technology transformation. The journal aims to cover a variety of articles including quantitative and qualitative empirical research articles and conceptual articles that provide novel perspectives on recent business phenomena. To the aim of addressing business transformation, the journal will also include case studies and book review articles. It would also publish abstracts of PhDs that are relevant and in-line with the journal’s objectives.

Publication
