Dr. Bhattacharyya is a FPM (PhD) from IIM Calcutta, and a B.E (Metallurgy) from erstwhile Bengal Engineering College, Shibpur (currently Indian Institute of Engineering, Science & Technology – IIEST). She brings with her total work experience of more than 36 years, including more than 15 years in B-school academics and research, and Industry experience of 21 years, in manufacturing, consulting, and development sectors.

Academic areas of specialization: Organizational Behavior, Organizational Structure and Design, Strategic Negotiation, Management of Change, Managing in International Contexts.
