Bianka is a seasoned academician, researcher and consultant with over 15 years of in-depth experience in the field of Business Analytics. She is an expert in Knowledge Mining and has consulted large corporates and SMEs extensively. Bianka has a rich experience in training and consulting in the area of Data Mining through Machine Learning, Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics across different functional areas such as HR, Marketing, Cyber Security and Supply Chain. Bianka is proficient in data handling with modern analytics tools such as Python, R, SPSS Statistics, SPSS Modeler and Advanced Excel. She is an IBM-certified professional in Advanced Predictive Analytics.

Bianka is an academician at the core with a strong pedagogy style and has facilitated for the last 15 years in the area of Business Statistics, Business Research Methods, Data Mining, Machine Learning, Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics, HR Analytics & Marketing Analytics.

Dr. Bianka has completed her Ph.D. in International Business and has also done a double Masters; wherein she was a university rank holder in her Masters in Economics and was conferred a gold medal for her distinguished achievements in her MBA.
