The Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon, hosted the 3rd International Winter Conference on Sustainable Business (WCSB) on December 19–20, 2024, focusing on “Roadmap to Sustainability: Challenges and Opportunities for Business Models and Practices.” The conference brought together global academicians, policymakers, and industry leaders to discuss sustainable business strategies. Key highlights included expert sessions on research methodologies, a keynote by Prof. Philipp A. Rauschnabel on Extended Reality (XR) for sustainability, and a chief guest address by Mr. Rajesh Agarwal, IAS, emphasizing India’s net-zero goals. A major milestone was the launch of the SCORE Index, developed to evaluate global sustainability discussions. With over 31 research papers presented, the event fostered insightful discussions on sustainability across management disciplines. The conference concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Simarjeet Singh, reinforcing Great Lakes’ commitment to shaping a sustainable future.
