Principal's Message

Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon has grown from strength to strength over the past decade and more. Student transformation through education has been our mantra and raison d’etre since inception. We have invested the most in our faculty who are the best in their respective domains. With foresight and trend spotting, Great Lakes Gurgaon pioneered analytics courses and analytics specialization; built up a digital strategy specialization; introduced cutting edge courses in the area of platform marketing, XR marketing, intercultural team management, sustainable finance, and many more.

The school’s quality benchmarks have been validated by AMBA (UK) and by NBA for the PGDM program. The gold standard of business school accreditations, AACSB (USA) is being undertaken and we are confident of acquiring it as an additional affirmation of our continued global standard management programs.

Being in the corporate hub of Delhi NCR gives Great Lakes, Gurgaon a unique engagement avenue with industry doyens who have graced our classrooms and events with their knowledge, expertise and wisdom. They have been recruiting from our pool of talented students over multiple years and we are delighted that they have found our young managers industry-ready.

The Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Development has been doing good work by generating sustainability indices, publishing quarterly sustainability newsletters, developing collaborative arrangements with like minded institutions. The school has also set up a Data and XR Lab to help researchers and students to be able to work in this upcoming area.

Our award-winning Karma Yoga community outreach initiative has grown substantially in reach and impact where our students go to deliver social upliftment services and develop their leadership skills. The Karma Yoga program has proved a powerful catalyst in instilling a social and cultural sensitization in our future managers.

Looking forward, as a business school devoted to transformation, we are poised to make big strides in the curation and delivery of industry-relevant courses, practical skills building and development of an open, compassionate mindset amongst our students.
