Swadhithya V. holds an MBA in Human Resources and Operations Management from Karunya University Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SNS College of Technology. She has over a year of experience as an HR Admin at GKM Group of Educational Institutions and previous experience as a Management Trainee (Recruiter) in a Recruiting Consultancy. She has been involved in mentoring and the preparation of answer keys during her college tenure.
