Suresh Verghis is a visiting faculty at the Great Lakes Institute of Management. He has close to 3 decades of experience in training, coaching and leading Human Resources in Tenneco Automotive, Heidelberg and Associated British Foods group for India and Asia. He has worked with universities as well as with core manufacturing, food, retail, banking, and IT companies.

Suresh Verghis is passionate about helping leaders bring about sustained change in their behaviours to elevate performance and overall personal success. He has over 5,000 hours of one-on-one coaching experience. He specializes in leadership training on collaboration, high performance teams, personal effectiveness and emotional competence.

Suresh is an alumnus of Melbourne Business School, Singapore Institute of Management and European School of Management & Technology, Cologne, management programmes.

He is a Professional Certified Coach certified by the International Coach Federation® and a Certified Conversational Intelligence Coach (C-IQ®).

In 2020, he was conferred doctorate in management by the George Washington University Florida in recognition of his achievements in the field of leadership skills development.
