PGPM Interim Placement Report 2024

The PGPM Class of 2024 witnessed excellent participation from recruiters across industries with over 90% students already placed by April 2024. Diverse roles were offered to the students by marquee regular recruiters including Accenture, Aditya Birla Capital, Deloitte, Cognizant, Decathlon, Infosys Consulting, Incedo, ADP, HCL, etc. Despite challenging recruitment conditions across the country, we are delighted to have over 30 new recruiters including PepsiCo, Mastercard, Ford, Jio BP, Tata Communications, Hero Fincorp, Gramener Technology, etc. recruiting from the program across various profiles.

The Average CTC of the PGPM stands at 17.3 lakhs per annum while the Highest CTC is 39.3 lakhs per annum. With the average class incoming salary at approximately 6 lakhs, the PGPM students were able to achieve a 190% increase in CTC on an average. The profiles offered to students include diverse roles like Consultant, Associate Specialist - Product Development, Retail Logistician, Business Strategist, Consultant - Customer Marketing, Manager - Mergers & Acquisitions, AVP Business Development, Digital Product Owner, Emerging Business Leader, Net Revenue Manager, General Manager, Associate Brand Manager, Senior Manager - Business Development, etc.
