PGDM PLACEMENT REPORT 2023

The campus placement process of the PGDM Class of 2023 witnessed a phenomenal season with 100% placements by January 2023. The season saw participation from marquee regular recruiters including Bain, McKinsey & Company, JP Morgan Chase, Adobe, Nestlé, EY, PWC, Deloitte, HP, ITC, BNY Mellon, Accenture, Reliance Retail, Crisil, Lowe’s, Société Générale, Dell, Standard Chartered, and Wells Fargo to name a few. The highlight of the season was offers from over 30 new recruiters from different industries, including Microsoft, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mahindra & Mahindra, Barclays, Tata Motors, Aditya Birla Capital, IBM, Reliance Retail, Berger Paints, VE Commercial Vehicles.

The average CTC offered to the Class of 2023 increased by 15% to INR 14.5 Lakhs p.a. while the highest domestic CTC was INR 46 Lakhs p.a. offered by a multinational technology corporation. Students were offered varied roles across various industries like BFSI, Consulting, FMCG, Technology, Automobile, Pharma, Retail, Supply Chain & Logistics, and Healthcare. Some of the top roles that were offered are Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Knowledge Analyst, Financial Analyst, Process Control Analyst, Consultant, Marketing MT, Customer Success Manager, and Supply Chain Consultant.
