PGDM PLACEMENT REPORT

The campus placement process for the PGDM Class of 2022, witnessed an excellent season with 100% placements by December 2021. The season saw participation from prominent recruiters such as Bain, McKinsey, JP Morgan Chase, Adobe, Nestlé, EY India, HP, ITC, PayU, Accenture, Cognizant, ICRA, Crisil, TAS, Société Générale, Deloitte, Swiggy, Standard Chartered and Wells Fargo to name a few. The average CTC offered to the Class of 2022 increased by 13% to INR 12.5 Lakhs p.a. while the highest domestic CTC was INR 25.8 Lakhs p.a. offered by a multinational consulting firm.

Students were offered varied roles across BFSI, Consulting, FMCG, IT/ITES, Food Tech, Pharma, Product, EdTech and Healthcare including as Business Analyst, Associate, Management Trainee, Consultant, Area Manager, Customer Success Manager, PMO, Regional Manager, Business Translator, Solutions Advisor, Process Control Analyst. BFSI (44%) was the largest recruiting sector followed by Consulting (18%)IT/ITES (16%)Product (5%), FMCG (4%) and Food Tech (4%)
