Margaret holds Ph.D from Anna university (CEG) Chennai. Pursued Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Marketing, Karunya University, Coimbatore Worked as Teaching assistant at Loyola Institute of Business Administration. Prior to joining the academia worked for Insurance conglomerate - STATE BANK OF INDIA LIFE INSURANCE CO LTD” and “FUTURE GENERALI INDIA LIFE INSURANCE PVT LTD”. However, her research works have been accepted in journals listed in the ABDC list such as " International Journal of Enterprise Network Management"
