Prof. Trichy Krishnan delivered a session on 'How do the sales of a new product grow' at Born Global to a live audience. The event was organised by Elementz Ventures and Z Lab.

The key takeaway from Prof. Krishnan's talk was that it is critical to identify the innovators and early adopters for your new product. They will become your spokespersons and help you penetrate the mass market and address the “side effects” through word of mouth.

The session was hosted by Sunny Zhang, Founding Partner of Z Lab and also featured Irving Kau, Managing Partner of Elementz Ventures.
