Yugandhar is a B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur with MBA from IIM Ahmedabad with over 2 decades of experience in Information Technology, Management Consulting, Operations and Sales & Marketing. Yugandhar is currently an Associate Professor at Administrative Staff College of India.

Yugandhar has had wide international experience. He has been working the area of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence since 1998 (worked with Tech Mahindra and Dell) and managed large projects in the area of data warehousing and data mining. He is currently associated as a senior partner with iProcess Consulting, an accredited Consulting and Training partner of SAS Inc and Microsoft.

Yugandhar is also helping Healthcare IT company setup its business analytics practice in the area of Healthcare.

For the past six years, Yugandhar has also been teaching Business Analytics at different business schools including Great Lakes Institute of Management and IIM Udaipur. On behalf of Great Lakes, he has conducted training on Business Analytics at Caterpillar, Ashok Leyland, Anand Group. He has conducted training on Supply Chain Management at DuPont. On behalf of SAS India, he has conducted training on SAS Enterprise Miner at Indian School of Business.

Yugandhar has been teaching at Great Lakes as a visiting faculty for the past 3 years across multiple programs and corporate trainings.

Yugandhar is certified and accredited trainer on SAS Enterprise Miner (a flagship data mining software from SAS). He is also Certified on Analyzing Big Data with Microsoft R. He has experience using different advanced analytical techniques viz. Logistic Regression, Decision Trees (including its variations), Neural Networks, Text Mining, Association Rules and Recommender Systems.
