Vijay Menon

Vijay Menon has a Masters in human resources management, an MBA in International Business from the University of Leeds,UK. He is a member of the governing board and Chief mentoring officer of the Suntec group, which is the global leader in Revenue Management product software for 10 of the top 27 banks in the world in Pittsburgh USA. He is also the chief mentor, Lead designer of Aswamedha at Indian Institute of Management, Indore for the past 13 years which is one of the premier leadership assessment events of India in the higher education sector for the top 25 Institutes of India. He has been training Panelist in the Kerala State Judges Training Academy under the High court of Kerala, Jharkhand Judicial academy training Judges in India with 10 to 12 years of Judicial experience. His subject areas include Decision Making, Self Development and Development of Law and Justice from an HRM perspective. He has trained more than 615 Judges including Judges from 21 states of India in the National Judicial Academy under the Hon. Supreme Court of India. He is now invited to be part of the training panel of the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Judges academy under the Hon High court of Telangana and AP.

He is a Leadership development Faculty having done Learning interventions for the Leading Multibillion Public sector behemoths of India at the Chairman, Board, senior-most level. This includes New India Assurance, United India Insurance, Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers, Agriculture Insurance corporation. In all these public sector corporations Chairmen, Directors were trained.
