A stage actor, with the ‘Madras Players’, Chennai. Trained by the Northern Rivers Institute of Gestalt, Australia. Accredited Master Coach, by Dr. Suzzane Skiffington from Australia.
Over three decades worked with 130 organisations ranging across various businesses and industries, engaging with 30,000 persons at several levels, largely in people process areas.
Worked extensively in the educational sector. Facilitated a credit course for the evening program on Personnel Management at the Madras School of Social Work (MSSW), Chennai, India. Worked extensively with teachers in schools and not for profit institutions; worked with students and youngsters in schools and colleges; designed, developed and delivered executive and Management Development Programs (MDP) and experiential workshops on transition from campus to corporate.
Contributed research writings to journals both in India and overseas. A regular columnist with ‘The Hindu-Metro Plus’ on softer issues of human interaction and also contribute to The Hindu- Businessline on subjects that relate to human interaction and management of organisations.
