Swaminathan S,Vice President – HRD, Rane Group of Companies, Chennai did his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management in London, UK and M A English Literature in Madras University. He completed all examination papers of Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD) (New Delhi). He is a certified MBTI Trainer, FIRO-B Trainer, Thomas Assessments for PPA, and Completed Personal Growth Labs for internship with Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Sciences (ISABS). One of his key acchievements are Setting up HR systems ab initio for the group in the areas of Recruitment, Induction & Orientation, Compensation Structure and Procedure, Performance Management, Training and Leadership Development.
