Dr. Sudha Madhavi holds a PhD in Production and Operations Management Area from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Prior to PhD, her qualifications include PGDM with a major specialization in Operations Management, and B.Tech in Electronics and Telematics Engineering. She worked for around 3.5 years in the IT industry.

Sudha is interested in studying research problems at the interface of operations management, technology and strategy. Her research interests include Revenue models, pricing, and quality decisions in the Internet Economy, Collaboration in humanitarian supply chain, Strategies of platform businesses, and Online social network information dissemination. Sudha presented her research work at several national and international conferences. She shares her thoughts on how the Internet needs complete rehaul particularly with the emergence of COVID-19, as a part of the news article published in the ETCIO.com, an Economic Times initiative.
