Prof. Rajesh has a strong background in retail management and marketing. He has taught courses in Retail Management and Marketing Management at NMIMS - Bengaluru for their MBA program.

Throughout his career, Prof. Rajesh has held several key positions in reputed companies, including Citibank, American President Lines, Pepsi, Ogilvy, RPG Retail, Metro Cash & Carry India, Future Group, Reliance Retail, and TCS. His roles have encompassed Head of Marketing, Head of Merchandising, Chief Marketing Officer, VP - Marketing & Customer Experience, and Head of Retail Solutions.

He is a prolific author and has published several books, including "The INDIAN reTALEs," "Out Of Syllabus," "BREAK FREE," and "The Ultimate Guide to Smart Shopping." He has also contributed a chapter to the IGI Global book titled "The Changing Face of Shopper Behavior and E-Tailing: The New Paradigm."
