Prof. Raghavendra Ravi is a seasoned management professional with around 20 years of experience, he has held key positions such as Chief Executive, Profit Centre Head, Factory Manager, Head of Manufacturing, and Product Development Manager in various organizations.

He specializes in working with medium-sized companies in India and Indian arms of transnational companies, offering his expertise in efficiency improvement programs, performance reviews, recruitment, staffing, and goal setting. Additionally, he has served as a consultant and advisor in the area of vendor development and sourcing for large companies.

Prof. Raghavendra Ravi has a keen interest in working as a consultant with medium-sized companies and offering technical advisory services to the chemical and allied industries. He is also passionate about offering free advice to small companies that require assistance in running their operations.

Currently, he teaches Operations, Supply Chain Strategy, and Theory of Constraints at IIM Indore and other management institutes. He has a strong academic background, having completed his MBA from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. He also holds a B.Sc (Tech) in Chemical Technology from the University Department of Chemical Technology.

In addition to his teaching role, Prof. Raghavendra Ravi is actively involved in business ventures. He is the owner of Pure Organic Industries and works as a Principal Consultant at Technology Associates.
