Prof. S. Krishna Kumar is a dynamic and goal-oriented management consultant with an impressive experience of over 30 years. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional skills in helping executives develop their leadership abilities. As a certified coach, he is proficient in guiding individuals and organizations to achieve their goals through effective management strategies and advice.

Prof. Krishna Kumar has a strong mentoring background and has coached around 25 senior executives, fostering skill development and behavioral changes that align with their roles. He has displayed exceptional expertise in managing organizations, including start-up, accelerated growth, turnaround, and P&L management, in competitive markets across Domestic, SAARC, and ASEAN regions.

With a keen interest in contributing to the community, Prof. Krishna Kumar aims to join non-profit boards or charitable trusts focusing on monitoring CSR funds to benefit the intended recipients.

Academically, he holds an Advanced Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a PGDIE in Marketing/Operations from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering. He also obtained a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University).

Prof. Krishna Kumar's vast work experience includes serving as a CEO Coach, Executive Coaching, and Transition Expert at CFI. He is a Charter Member at TiE Chennai and serves as a Visiting Faculty at esteemed institutions like Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi, Great Lakes Institute of Management, and Indian Institute of Technology, Palakkad.

He has worked as an Independent Management Consultant, specializing in strategy formulation, change recommendation, and lean, six-sigma operations. Additionally, Prof. Krishna Kumar has held leadership positions at various organizations, including Metecno (India) Pvt Ltd, Tube Investments of India Limited, Rane NSK Steering Systems Ltd, Windsor Machines Limited, Suhail&Saud Bahwan LLC (SSB), Escorts Limited, and more.
