Prasaanna V has completed his M.Phil in Economics from University of Madras with specialization in the area of Labour Economics. He has also worked on a research on ' A Study of Migrant – Informal sector workers in Chennai city’. His areas of specialization are in Macroeconomics and Indian Economics and his research interests include Management Studies and Finance.
