Mythili is a Learning & Organizational Development and Business Communication professional with over 38 years of international experience, spanning UK, Europe, India, Middle East & Singapore. Her areas of expertise include Business Communication, Management and Leadership Development, Human Resource Management, Personal Development, and Administration. With a Ph.D. in education and training, Mythili has experience of consultancy and training in both private and public sector organizations. She has developed learning and development strategies, written policies, and is experienced in the design and implementation of the complete learning cycle for a variety of organizations.

Mythili currently is a freelance marketing & content consultant, and visiting faculty at management schools. Previously, she headed the Corporate Engagement for Chennai Business School. Before this, she was a professional development consultant for WWP, UK. She led the design and delivery of the ILM’s Vocationally Related Qualifications in Leadership and Management right through to Level 7 for WWP. She has also been a full time professor in S P Jain Institute of Management & Research (Mumbai) for 10 years.

She has designed Executive Development, Leadership Development, and Management Development Programs for several leading blue-chip companies and business management institutes and colleges in the UK, Dubai, Singapore, and India. She is a visiting faculty member in a large number of management institutes, including IIM A, ISB Hyderabad, and S P Jain, Mumbai. Equally at ease in both academic and organizational learning environments, Mythili has delivered public and in-house training on a wide range of subjects, across sectors.

She has developed and delivered training modules in business communication, leadership, management, personal and professional advancement, sales & marketing, and HR.

Mythili has been a consultant to HR Departments of several organizations to put in place organizational development and learning & development strategies, identify training needs, and design, develop & deliver, and evaluate training modules. She also has experience of advising HR teams in aligning HR strategies with business needs and elevating the image of HR through innovative employee engagement strategies.

She has coached and mentored many executives & managers from across sectors - pharmaceutical, IT, financial and manufacturing.
