Prof. Lionel Aranha is in consulting practice in the Finance & amp; Legal Area. He has 28 years of teaching, (of which 22 years are as an Adjunct Faculty at IIM Kozhikode), and training experience focusing on Accounting, Financial Management, Legal Aspects of Business, Taxation Laws, Intellectual Property Rights & Ethics in Business. He has worked across various sectors including Construction, InfoTech, Ship Building, Dockyards & Power. Prof Aranha is an Insolvency Resolution Professional, a Chartered Accountant and has a Law Degree from The Mangalore University. He is a Life Member & Panelist of the Indian Council of Arbitration of FICCI, New Delhi.
