A life member of NHRD network, he has worked with Loyola College (Madras), Centre for Organization Development (Hyderabad) and Academy of Human Resources Development (Hyderabad). He has rendered consultancy services to many public and private organizations.
His areas of interest include Organization Development and Change, Developing Vision, Mission and Value Congruence, Building Organization Culture, Personality Development through Transactional Analysis, Leadership, Team Building and Counseling.
