G N Radhakrishnan [GNR] is a consultant, mentor and training facilitator. GNR is a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and a PGDBM from XLRI. He is a Visiting Faculty at Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai.

After working for about 16 years, in companies like Carborundum Universal, Sanmar Electronics, Best & Crompton, GNR decide to be a freelancer.

As a consultant, he had specialized in mentoring and developing nine small enterprises, to help them define their path and achieve business goals for nearly 25 years, working with one enterprise at a time for about three years.

As a trainer, GNR offers learning interventions for corporate executives, educators. His focus areas include but not limited to Personal leadership, Managerial effectiveness, Coaching & mentoring, Conflict Handling, Team Working, and Emotional Competence.

Typical Corporate clients for whom he has conducted training programs are L & T, Rane, Wabag, City Union Bank, Amara Raja, Kemin Southeast Asia, open program at Oman, Ashok Leyland and HCL State street.

Over the last decade, apart from continuing with training programs for corporates, he has been involved with the educational sector, mainly schools.

He has been conducting programs on; Teacher Empowerment, Leadership, Creativity & Innovation, and Coaching & Mentoring.
