Currently working as a professor at XLRI, Jamshedpur, Dr. George Sebastian has over 14 years of experience in Management education in different fields of OB area like individual behavior in organizations, Transformational Leadership, Managerial Counselling, etc..Dr. Sebastian's research interests are in the area of Leadership and Personnel Effectiveness. His current area of research is in Managerial Counseling.
