Dr. V Gopalan is a highly accomplished professional with a remarkable educational background and extensive work experience in various countries. He holds a PhD in Mergers and Acquisitions from the University of Madras. Additionally, he is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, an Associate member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Throughout his career, Dr. Gopalan has held significant positions in diverse organizations. He is currently the Promoter Director of Janhar Management Consultancy Pvt Ltd, where he provides expert consultancy in areas such as Project & Venture Capital Funding, Capital Structuring, Regulatory Compliance, Due Diligence, Valuation, and M&A advisory.

In his impressive boardroom experience, He served as a Nominee Director representing All India Financial Institutions from 1980 to 1997 during his tenure with ICICI Ltd. Since 1997, he has been an Independent Director on the boards of several listed companies, actively participating in committees such as Audit, CSR, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholder Relationship.

Dr. Gopalan's expertise extends beyond his corporate roles, as he also serves as an Adjunct/Visiting Faculty for esteemed institutions like IIM Bangalore, IIM Kozhikode, IFMR, IIT Madras, Goa Institute of Management, and others.

As a highly experienced management consultant, he leads a team that provides top-notch professional consultancy in various domains, including Financial Analysis, Capital Structuring, and Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
