Dr. Padma Narayanan

Dr. Padma Narayanan is a highly accomplished individual with a strong background in academia and professional expertise in finance and technology. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from IIM Bangalore and a PGDM from IIM Shillong. Her academic journey started with a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Tamil Nadu.

Throughout her academic and professional career, Dr. Padma has achieved numerous research and teaching accomplishments. She has published research papers and has presented papers at prestigious conferences like the IIMA Conference on Loan Defaults.

On the professional front, Dr. Padma has worked with several prominent organizations. Currently, she is an External Consultant and Financial Consultant at Ocwen Financial Solutions, where she plays a key role in configuring Oracle Fusion Financials and implementing projects related to Fusion Accounting Hub and Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud. Her expertise also extends to handling General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, and Lease modules.

Previously, she has worked as a Senior Consultant at Drivestream, Additionally, Dr. Padma worked as a Financial Consultant at Polaris Financial Technology, where she provided valuable consulting services to a Sri Lankan Banking Major, focusing on meeting their Core Banking needs with the aid of technology.

Before her corporate engagements, Dr. Padma served as a Functional Consultant at Teach For India, where she played a vital role in process re-engineering and developing key performance indicators for evaluating fellow performance based on student performance.

With a diverse skill set encompassing finance, technology, research, and teaching, Dr. Padma Narayanan continues to make significant contributions to the academic and corporate worlds. Her dedication to excellence and her passion for learning are evident in her achievements and professional endeavors.
