Dr. Nachiketas is an esteemed academician and marketing professional with a diverse background in academia and industry. Currently, he is involved in teaching core courses like Research Methods, Advanced Marketing Analytics, and Marketing Management at TSM. His research interests primarily lie in consumer behavior, marketing & public policy, and marketing communications.

Dr. Nachiketas holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswati Visva Mahavidyalaya, complementing his business management background. He has valuable industry experience, having worked for prominent firms like Kotak Mahindra and GfK. At GfK, as a Marketing Scientist, he played a vital role in consulting and executing market research projects for notable companies across the Asia-Pacific and Middle Eastern regions.

Prior to his industry stint, he served as a Senior Lecturer in the Marketing Department at Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai, for 7 years. During this time, he had the opportunity to learn from renowned marketing educators, gaining insights into the best practices in teaching and research.

Dr. Nachiketas has contributed to the academic world with peer-reviewed journal articles. He is also actively involved as a reviewer for the academic journal, Journal of Business Research. In addition, he has earned certifications in Behavior & Mentoring Analysis and Digital Marketing and E-commerce.

As a member of the American Marketing Association and with his dedication to both teaching/research and industry engagement, Dr. Nachiketas remains a valued professional in the marketing field, bridging the gap between academia and practical business applications.
