CB Mohan is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse academic and professional background. Academically, he holds MBA from LIBA, Loyola College and with under graduate of B Tech from IIT – BHU. Additionally he has done Transformative Coach from Coach Master’s Academy, Singapore, achieved in 2018.

He taught Global Leadership and International Business at Fudan School of Management, Shanghai, in the International Business Management program.Instructed courses in International Marketing, Strategic Management, and Human Capital Management at ICFAI Business School, Mumbai, in the MBA program. Also Conducted classes on Human Capital Management and International Business at Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, in the MBA and Exec MBA programs.

His vast experience includes serving as Director – Asia Pacific at Allison Transmission, USA, from 1994 to 2015.Held various positions in the Global Automotive Industry from 1979 to 1994.

Currently associated with CBS Consulting as Professor and Leadership Coach since November 2015.
