Prof. B Natarajan is a Bachelor of Technology ( Mechanical Engineering) from Indian Institute Technology from Delhi. He has done his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management from Kolkata. He has over 36 years industry working experience and over 18 years experience in teaching in Management institutions in India, Middle East and Singapore.

In Consulting and industrial experience in Asian environment, he has in various managerial capacities in the areas of operation, marketing and general management in India, Dubai and Singapore. Between1995-2003 operated as Chief Executive, setting up consulting operations in the Middle East and in Singapore. The consulting areas of expertise included market/ consumer research, strategic planning, information system management, cost reduction and profit enhancement strategies.Between 2003-2008, head of Asian regional operations for an industrial adhesive tape manufacturer, with head office and manufacturing facility in Ireland.

He has been a Visiting / Adjunct faculty since 1984, with prime management institutes in India; British Universities offering off-shore MBA Program in Dubai and with the National University of Singapore.

His area of expertise includes quantitative methods, Operations management and operations strategy with specific emphasis on practical application of the concepts.

  • Scholarship holder at Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta Based on academic prowess awarded teaching assistantship at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
  • Awarded membership of MENSA International based on an assessed IQ of 160, translating into 99th percentile in the MENSA- rated intelligence test.
