Area of Expertise: Operations

Prof. Arvind has been teaching courses relating to the Operations function for 15 years. His work experience before he took up teaching for 19 years as a profession includes product development, sales & marketing, production, projects and being a successful entrepreneur before selling the business. Specifically, in Operations, he has established production plants from scratch, set up and run supply chains, worked in infrastructure projects and improved operational performance through Six Sigma initiatives.

Prof. Arvind is a Mechanical engineer from Madras University and PGDBM from XLRI. In addition, he is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Quality Professional from NIQR.
