Dr. Arulsamy is heading Karma Yoga - the Leadership Experiential Action Project (LEAP) at Great Lakes. He has over two decades of experience in the field of Sustainable Development and worked with various communities aspiring for change and betterment. As a Development Consultant, he has been in the boards of several civil society organizations.Dr. Arulsamy holds three Masters in Public Administration, Sociology and Mass Communication & Journalism. He also has Post Graduate Diploma in Travel & Tourism Management of the University of Madras and done an Executive Program in Leadership and Change Management from XLRI. He has completed advance Training in Folkloristic - International Workshop Series – sponsored by Ford Foundation and also advanced Training in Community Video Production Techniques – WACC – London. At Great Lakes, he guides and teaches students on the Principles of Responsible Management Education as a signatory of PRME - United Nations. He also is a visiting faculty in Travel and Tourism Management Studies at Loyola College and a member of the board of studies in Loyola Institute of Vocational Education.

Transformational Leadership, Social Entrepreneurship, Cross Cultural Studies, Sustainable Development, Cultural Tourism and Rural Marketing.
