Job Description - Teaching Track
We are interested in recruiting additional faculty members at multiple levels in the areas of Finance (Financial Risk and Analytics), Strategy/Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Marketing.

Area/Function - Specific Listing
Marketing
Apart from the fundamental qualification criteria for faculty roles mentioned here, the functional specifications include:
- Superior expertise in either the Consumer Behavior track or the Quantitative Marketing track with research interests in a broad range of areas pertaining to consumer psychology or economics/statistics/analytics as applied to the study of marketing phenomena.
- Proven track record of at least 8 years, teaching courses in Marketing Strategy, Integrated Marketing Communications, Brand Management, Sales and Distribution Management, Pricing, Digital Marketing, etc.
- Experience guiding doctoral students is desirable
The level of the appointment – Assistant/Associate/Full Professor will depend on the suitability of the applicant.
Finance

- Proficiency in Financial risk management, Financial Analytics, Market microstructure and Banking operations with research in these or allied areas

OB/HR
Apart from the fundamental qualification criteria for faculty roles mentioned here, the functional specifications include:
- Expertise in subject-matter including research, course design and delivery in areas of Leadership & Coaching, Emotional Quotient & Ethics and HR Analytics for varied cohorts like management students, professionals and corporate groups.
- Industry consultancies and academic research in these subject-areas are expected.

Strategy/Entrepreneurship
Apart from the fundamental qualification criteria for faculty roles mentioned here, the functional specifications include:
- Demonstrated teaching expertise in Strategic Management including strategy formulation (external assessment, industry structure analysis, internal assessment and resource based views, value chain analysis), strategy execution and implementation, diversification, functional strategies and integration, evaluation and control, innovation, organizational culture, global and international issues impacting strategy including international joint ventures and acquisitions, governance and sustainability.
- Teaching experience or research interest in the areas of Entrepreneurship, design thinking and innovation, new venture planning and corporate intrapreneurship is desirable.

Job Description - Research Track
We are interested in recruiting faculty members in the ‘Assistant Professor - Research’ category in the areas of - Production and Operations Management, Supply Chain, Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Finance, OB, Human Resources, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, etc.
- Candidates should have completed or be at the final stages of completing their Ph.D. from a reputed institution in India or abroad.
- The candidate should demonstrate capability for carrying out copious and ethical research as evidenced by a high number of published journal articles in Scopus or similar indexed PRJs along with a strong research pipeline.
- The research must be in the declared area of interest of the candidate, adding to the literature of that area and with a potential for scholarly impact over a period of time.
- The candidate must exhibit enthusiasm for professional engagement & scholarly advancement, an ability to work in teams in a collegial environment, and a commitment to achieving the research agenda of the Institute.
