For Faculty

We are actively looking to strengthen our exceptional faculty base with a focus on high-quality research. The school actively promotes research and has achieved a significant increase in research productivity in the last two years, the bulk of which is in A* and A level journals of the ABDC. Naturally, we provide state-of-the art resources for active scholars and offer liberal financial incentives for high-quality international peer-reviewed research publications. We offer a remuneration that is in line with the top 10% of private business schools in India and an incentive structure that is liberal and designed to encourage high-quality research and teaching.

Teaching Assisiant

Domain: Finance and Economics

Description: Postgraduate qualification in any of the following subjects/disciplines – ECONOMICS & FINANCE. Prior experience of 2 – 4 years is a maximum must.

Description: Ability to do TNA & TNI and hold discussions with L&D Heads. B2B Consultative Selling. CHRO/L&D - Network Access – Has a fair network of clients especially in TN region is required.

Assistant Manager

Department: Admissions

Description: Bachelor’s degree from a reputed school/university; Masters/ MBA would be an added advantage but not necessary. 2-4 years of Experience/Similar background will be an add on.

Assistant Director

Department: Executive Education

Description: Experience in Educational Program / Executive Development Sales Full time L&D Experience in IT, Tech, Higher Education, Universities.

Program Manager (On Site - Class Management)

Department: Executive Education (Non-Tech)

Description: 2-3 years of Experience/Similar background will be an add on (Candidates with more than 4 yrs work experience will not be considered). Good written and spoken English and presentation skills.
