As part of the (inevitable) Globalization of Businesses and hence the business management practices, Great Lakes has revamped the Executive MBA program. The participants of this program are ideally the identified fast-track senior managers from corporates to be groomed into General Managers and future Business Leaders, functional managers who see a genuine need to gain formal Management qualifications to move up and members from the Family Managed Business who are practicing managers in their own right and who seek to expand and take their business to the next level. It is renamed and offered as “Post-Graduate Global Executive Program in Management (PGXPM)” from last year 2008 onwards.

The Academic Collaboration we hold with Stuart Graduate School of Management, Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago; the Research Collaboration with Yale University; the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nan yang Technological University and Indian Institute of Technology - Madras, have contributed greatly to the completeness of our education model.

PGXPM - A Global Business Perspective

The Post Graduate Global Executive Program in Management for Executives is Great Lakes' answer to unfolding global changes in business perspectives. This eight-terms, rigorous, fully mentored program takes the work experience of the participants into consideration and focuses on sets of core courses in Finance, Marketing, Operations, Technology and Human Resource Management with a perspective to provide the participants the abilities to graduate to the General Management and business leadership levels.
