PGWPM CURRICULUM


PGWPM CURRICULUM HIGHLIGHTS

  • Two years (52 alternate week), 8-term academic program
  • Comprises of 36 class room delivered courses (each of 3 credits) and one year-long Master Thesis project (a 12 credit project).
  • Thus total program is a 120 credit program.
  • Rigorous 720 hours of class room learning [100 hours each in 4 even terms (JAS1, JAS2, JFM1 & JFM2) and 80 hours each in 4 odd terms (OND1, OND2, AMJ1 & AMJ2)]
  • Stringent selection process including entrance test and panel interview.
  • Top faculty from leading US, Asian and Indian B-Schools will be handling classroom course delivery.
  • Good cross-industry peer environment for synergistic learning.
  • Course content matches that of the core PGPM program. Only the delivery is staggered over 2 years.
  • Unique, fully mentored 12 credit Master Thesis Project which runs through the entire second year. Each student will identify a core problem in his or her functional area within his / her organization. The project will be co-endorsed by the organization where the student works.
  • Leadership lectures series aligned to the course plan.
