The PGPM (Energy) Class had witnessed internship offers from marquee names in Oil & Gas, Power, Renewables and Consulting that included Deloitte, CRISIL, Mercados, IMaCS, Reliance Power, BPCL, HPCL, PFC, Emerson, Wartsila, GMR, etc. Another achievement worth mentioning in this regard is that in the recently concluded pan India Emerson Talent Quest contest amongst energy schools, the students from Great Lakes won all the three prizes.

PGPM (Energy) 2012 Final Placements
The first batch of PGPM (Energy), the class of 2012, has had an excellent final placements season with marquee companies from Consulting, Public and Private sector energy firms like Deloitte Consulting, Cognizant (both Business Consulting and Technology Services), ICRA Management Consulting (IMaCS), Mercados EMI, Emerson, Wipro EcoEnergy, PTC India, Atlanta Energy, Infraline Energy, Pristine, etc. recruiting students in very good profiles. 20% of the batch received compensation offers of over Rs. 10 lakhs per annum. Over 90% of the class has been already placed at an average CTC of about Rs. 8.5 lakhs and the process is expected to be completed shortly.
PGPM 2012 Summer Placements Report
The Summer Internship Placement Process for PGPM Class of 2012 received an overwhelming response from the corporates. The batch which consisted of a rich diversity in profiles witnessed internship offers from marquee names in Oil & Gas, Power, Renewables and Consulting. In all 25 companies made summer placement offers of which offers from 16 companies were accepted by students. The summer internship placement at Great Lakes IEMR was a rolling process and was completed in three weeks.
