Dr.Hema Bajaj ,
- Is currently Associate Professor (Human Resource Management) at Great Lakes Institute of Management. Before joining Great Lakes, she taught at Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai and has also worked in the corporate sector- in the pharmaceutical and hospitality industry. Her primary research interests are in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, Organization Culture, and Employee Development and Performance. She holds a Ph.D and M.Phil from TISS and an MBA from Agra University.
