- Co-Investigator for state-of-art project on “Microwave Characterization and Applications of High Temperature Superconductors” [1989-1995]
- As a Scientist of SAMEER (DOE Lab under Govt. of India), collaborated with researchers from TIFR Mumbai, IISc Bangalore and RRL Trivandrum in R&D
- Five international journal publications in journals as varied as Electronics Letters, Microwave & Optical Technology Letters and Applied Superconductivity. Plus, many conference papers.
Entrepreneurial Experience
- CEO of a SOHO firm dealing in Office Automation Equipments [1995-2003]
- Developed and sustained a 33% market share for seven consecutive years for Fax machines in Trivandrum, Kerala.
- Divested business interests when facsimile technology hit the decline phase

- Papers taught are Marketing Management, Strategic Marketing Management and Strategic Outsourcing
- Teaches for MBA and EMBA programs
- Conferred Adjunct Faculty-ship of University of Buffalo, State University of New York [UB-SUNY] for a 3 year tenure till Oct 2010
